Suggested pig cooking information:
Cook pig at 300 degrees fahrenheit
45 minutes for every 10 pounds
If using lower heat, cook pig longer
Higher heat will burn pig
Stab holes in skin and turn up heat to 350 degrees fahrenheit for the last 30 minutes
